BATESON 355B BEAVER TAIL TRAILER

16' x 6'11 3.5 ton beaver tail transporter
355B is the most popular beaver tail transporter, plated at 3500kg, 5 metres long and 2.1 metres wide. It will transport vehicles and machines weighing up to 2700kg.

Standard equipment includes two 8' loading ramps, a 2000 kg hand winch, spare wheel and rear loading stands as shown in the above photo. As an option the body width can be increased to 2.3 metres. A third ramp can be fitted in standard width trailers or four in wider models. Front slide in, bridging ramps and a fold over jockey wheel are also available as options for loading over on to the towing vehicle. We now can offer, also, model 356B with the body length increased to 18', the longest beaver trailer available.

It must be remembered that extra body size and equipment will increase the unladen weight and reduce the payload.
